Mr. Abdullah Al-Mamun embodies the spirit of innovation and
leadership that defines Greenland Group. Guided by vision and integrity, he has

With dual Master’s degrees in Business Economics and Computer
Science Engineering from the University of Texas, Mr. Al-Mamun
combines analytical insight with technological expertise. His early managerial
experience in the United States shaped his belief that true leadership
lies in empowering others and creating lasting value through knowledge and
opportunity.
Over more than 20 years, he has dedicated himself to
advancing international recruitment and skill development, ensuring that
the workforce of Bangladesh earns recognition on the global stage. His
unwavering dedication, empathy, and drive for excellence continue to inspire
the entire Greenland family to pursue growth with integrity and purpose.
Executive Director
Mr. Abdullah Al Fahad, the youngest son of the Chairman & the Executive Director of the group brings invaluable insights from his international corporate experiences. After obtaining his bachelor’s in Business Finance from the University of North Texas, Abdullah worked as a Supervisor of a Quality Control Team at J P Morgan Chase in Dallas, Texas. Abdullah then completed his Master's in Information Technology Management at the University of Dallas, Texas and worked as QA Tester for CVS Health in Richardson, Texas. Abdullah joined the group in 2017 and shares his futuristic vision in our decision-making process which speaks value for the stable long run of the group.

Dr. Rehana
Arjuman Hye is a driving force behind the continued growth and compassion that
define Greenland Group.
A graduate of Dinajpur Medical College
and Hospital, she combines medical expertise with visionary
leadership to strengthen the Group’s mission of excellence and human
development.
Born and educated
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Dr. Hye brings an international perspective and deep empathy to her work. As Executive Director of Greenland Medical Centre Ltd.,
she has ensured world-class medical screening and healthcare for workers
preparing for overseas employment, setting new standards in quality and care.
Beyond her
medical leadership, Dr. Hye plays an active role in guiding the Group’s broader
initiatives in education, skill
development, and community welfare, upholding the humanitarian
vision of the Founding Chairman, Mr.
Mohammad Abdul Hye. Her dedication, integrity, and compassion
continue to inspire the entire Greenland family to pursue progress with
purpose.

Mr. Mofizur
Rahman, serving as Director
(Recruitment) of Greenland
Overseas, has been an integral part of the organization’s
success for over three decades. Through his strategic leadership,
professionalism, and unwavering dedication, he has helped position Greenland
Overseas as a trusted name in Bangladesh’s overseas employment sector.
Known for his
hands-on approach and strong managerial acumen, Mr. Rahman has played a key
role in streamlining recruitment operations and ensuring efficiency, transparency,
and ethical practices across all stages of manpower deployment. His
long-standing commitment and exceptional performance earned him many awards, a
recognition of his excellence and loyalty to the organization.
In addition to
his expertise in international recruitment, Mr. Rahman also brings valuable
experience from the travel and tourism
sector, contributing to the Group’s broader vision of service
diversification and global engagement. His leadership continues to inspire
colleagues and uphold the core values of integrity, quality, and
professionalism that define Greenland Overseas.
